💩 Let’s talk about poop. Yep… carnivore poop.

When you first go full meat-mode, things can get a little… wild back there. Either 💣 or 🪨  Sound familiar?

Here’s the deal:
👉 If you’re constipated, you’re likely not drinking enough water or getting enough fat.
👉 If it’s too loose, you’re probably having too much fat too fast. Your body’s just adjusting from a lifetime of carbs, fibre, and green sludge.

🧠 The key? Find your own fat sweet spot.

📣 Let’s normalise the poop talk. Comment below:

or “finally normal” if you’ve found your groove.

We’ve all been there. Let’s help each other out.
After 40, your nervous system, not your hormones, is in charge of your strength.
And if your workouts don’t account for that? You’ll struggle to build, or even maintain, muscle.

Here’s what’s happening:
⚡ In your 20s and 30s, hormones like estrogen supported muscle growth
⚡ But after 40, especially post-menopause, those hormones start to decline
⚡ Now your central nervous system (CNS) takes over as the driver of muscle adaptation
⚡ To build strength, you need to lift heavy enough to activate your CNS

That means:
✅ Low reps, high effort
✅ Explosive movements
✅ Training with focus and intent, not just reps and volume

If you’re still doing what worked in your 30s, your body might not even notice.
You’ve got to train smart, not just hard.

This isn’t a one-time decision—it’s a constant battle.

Left Side – The Path of Fire and Truth:

Behind you: three wolves, calm and focused, not protecting you but acknowledging you as one of them.

Right Side – The Path of Regression and Illusion:
A pale, gaunt man—your shadow self—slumps on a throne made of kale and tofu, wrapped in broccoli vines.
He stares blankly at a glowing phone. In his other hand, he clutches a box labeled “Balance.”
Behind him, glowing propaganda signs float in the dark air:
“BALANCE IS KEY”
“TRUST THE SCIENCE”
At his feet lie scattered pills, bottles, and symbolic debris of false health narratives.
Smoke swirls around him like fog, numbing the space.

The Middle Ground – The Tension:
Crawling from the shadowed ground is a skeletal figure, mouth agape in a scream, reaching toward you—not to hurt, but to plead.
It’s a dying part of you, desperate not to be left behind, even though it no longer serves you.
The image doesn’t say what choice you make—but the fire in your eyes, the direction of your body, and the wolves at your back suggest: You’re not going back.
