How You Earn Cashback
To unlock the cashback incentive, you need to:
- Crush Your 3 Monthly Goals: Each month, you’ll have three personalised goals to hit. It could be dropping body fat, lifting heavier, or improving your cardio performance. If in Month 1 your goal is to drop 2% body fat, by Month 3 you’ll need to maintain that 2% loss to stay eligible.
- Track and Report Your Progress: Consistency is key. You’ll need to actively track and report your progress throughout the 90 days. Think of it as keeping yourself accountable – and proving your results.
- Show Off: Seeing is believing. At the start and end of each month, and at the end of the program, you’ll submit photos/videos so I can visually track your transformation. These won’t just motivate you – they’ll help you qualify for the cashback.
- Share Regular Updates: Throughout the program, I’ll need regular performance and body composition updates from you. This ensures you’re on the right track and adjusting your approach if needed.

If you meet those goals and keep that progress steady through to Month 3, you’ll be on track for cashback.
