✅ Prioritise fatty cuts of meat (ie. ribeye, pincanha)
✅ Include bioavailable protein sources (eggs, fish, ruminant meats)
✅ Skip the fillers (no seed oils, no fake protein bars)

Ladies, still letting the scale define your progress? 🧭🚫 Read this.
